Processing Procedure

Fruits and vegetables are perishable products, which require scientifically proven methods to extend their freshness and shelf life. In order to protect the freshness & nutrients and to change color and flavor, they are steamed or put in boiling. We use the latest instrument and a systematic procedure to process our range of fruits and vegetables. The different stages of the sorting process are:

Storing and Packaging

Cold storing is an essential activity in our production procedure. We have a spacious warehouse with sophisticated facility to store the fresh food and processed products. The processed products are canned or sealed in other packaging material like plastic, by using advanced packaging procedures. We ensure that our products are packed using strong, non reactive packaging material, and that they are properly sealed and labeled.

Processing Equipment

A sophisticated range of machines are used for the processing procedure. The hi-tech processing unit has installed in around 3000 sq.ft. of land, enables us to process 6 to 8 tons per day.  Every new machine that will increase our productivity and quality is procured from all round the world. Therefore, with the Mixer, Blender, Blister Packing Machine, etc help in supplying premium quality products to the world market.
